Born in Chicago and raised in Oak Park until the age of four, I spent most of my formative years in Northfield, Illinois before heading to college. Throughout my youth, I was an avid tennis player, and in my early twenties, I developed a deep passion for golf that continues to this day.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, where I spent a transformative sophomore year studying at the university’s Rome Center in Italy. That experience sparked a lifelong love for Italian culture—I continue to study the language weekly with my longtime friend and teacher, Vittoria—and spending time in Italy remains one of my greatest joys alongside golf.
Professionally, I began my career in the fashion industry before transitioning into real estate. I later moved to Hawaii, where I led marketing efforts for a California-based builder developing three residential projects on the island of Oahu.
Upon returning to Chicago, I met and married Stephen J. Nardi. Together, we built a rich and adventurous life—residing in the Gold Coast, skiing with close friends in Aspen, Colorado, and spending summers and autumns at our horse farm near Rockford, Illinois. We shared 25 wonderful years together until Stephen’s passing in 2018.
After relocating to Chicago’s North Shore, I reconnected with my love of golf at Evanston Golf Club and Kemper Lakes, while remaining active in local nonprofit and church fundraising efforts. I later built a winter home in Indian Wells, California, where I joined Toscana Country Club and met Kyle Winn. Through that connection, I became a volunteer coach with First Tee – Coachella Valley, deepening my involvement through board engagement and community events. I now serve on the advisory committee for POSITIVITEE, a nonprofit supporting youth across the region. Together with First Tee, we launched Positivity No Boundaries, a pilot program designed to include children with disabilities and special needs in golf and character-building activities.
I’m honored to manage a charitable foundation that Stephen and I established years ago. Supporting nonprofit organizations that align with my values is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I remain deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had—and for the ability to give back in meaningful ways.
